We’ve called on the likes of Sam Wood, Tiffiny Hall and Corey George and created a 14-day schedule of FREE online workouts and meditations, designed to keep you healthy and happy while at home.
Social distancing and staying at home might be a necessity right now, but it doesn’t make it fun. We get that. Which is why we asked some of our favourite A-list fitness trainers and meditation leaders to collaborate on body+soul LIVE @ home; a 14-day schedule of exclusive online workouts for your body, and your mind.
The bespoke video-based class timetable includes 10 dynamic workouts and two meditations, all specifically designed to be done at-home, to boost your mood and get the blood flowing. The best bit? None require any fancy equipment.
Oh, and did we mention every single class is free. So you can watch, and rewatch, share, and rewatch, as often as you like.
What workouts can I do with body+soul LIVE @ home?
The schedule is varied to keep life interesting (and your body guessing), so we’ve included cult-famous classes from F45 and Barry’s Bootcamp, as well as boutique studio workouts from Bondi’s Lean Bean and Barre Body.
Libby Babet from The Upbeat leads an endorphin-pumping dance session, FLOW Athletic’s Kate Kendall takes us through a restorative Friday flow yoga sequence, Sam Wood gets hearts racing with a speedy HIIT class, and Kirsten King from Fluidform Pilates shows us how to strengthen and lengthen with a challenging one-on-one.
At the end of each week, tune in for a 4pm meditation session from two of Australia’s leading mindfulness experts – tailored especially to bring you a sense of calm in these chaotic times.
Jacqui Lewis from The Broad Place shares a heart-centering 30-minute practice, and Soul Alive’s Luke McLeod leads a soothing Sunday session to make you feel zen about the week ahead.
Where do I watch body+soul LIVE @ home?
Good question! Head to body+soul’s Facebook page at 8am, Monday to Friday, to join in a different workout class, with a different trainer, each day.
On Sundays, tune in at 4pm for the meditation sessions.
