Chris Hemsworth’s at-home gym hacks are genius

Chris Hemsworth gets creative with his workouts, proving you can use everyday household items to make the most out of your at-home sweat sessions. 

There’s no doubt you’ve been bombarded with at-home workouts to try out while you self-isolate to curb the spread of COVID-19.

And now Chris Hemsworth has just blessed us with savvy tricks on how to get the most out of your sweat sessions.

The Thor actor shared an IGTV showcasing a full body workout with his ultimate trainer wingman Luke Zocchi.

“Haven’t seen any home workouts out lately, so wanted to be the first to get one out there,” he jokes.

But instead of using all the typical gym equipment, Hemsworth gets “creative” by using two laundry detergent bottles and a basket full of washing as weights, and a chair for triceps dips.

“If you’ve got some dumbbells, fantastic. If not, get creative,” he says in the video.

The circuit features six rounds of six reps of burpee curl presses, triceps extensions, squats, mountain climbers and sit throughs.
