Popular Aussie #fitfluencers are offering free workouts to help you move your body (and calm your mind) if you’re avoiding the gym during the coronavirus pandemic.
We don’t need to impress on you the seriousness of the coronavirus pandemic, we all know it’s bad. But sometimes you’ve got to try and find a silver lining.
Maybe, for those who aren’t directly affected, we can try to find the upside to the measures taken by the government to ‘flatten the curve’ – namely via self-isolation and social distancing. Neither of which lends itself to going to the gym.
Quarantining yourself at home can mean more free-time, and more-free time means you can better focus on the goals you might’ve been putting off. Like trying out a new workout style. Or heck, even just making exercise a regular part of your day.
We’ve founded up eight of the best at-home workout apps and portals, but they cost money.
Fortunately, some of Australia’s most well-known personal trainers and brands have committed to streaming workouts for free on their social media channels. That’s right. Free and Live.
Remember to turn your notifications on, so you can be alerted when the stream starts because you won’t want to miss these…
